Return Policy

Reflections' Choice takes pride in the Cosmedical Technologies products that we sell. They have been tested and successfully used on the skin of many of clients and patients. We sell these fantastic products at discounted prices and must, therefore, maintain strict return policies in order to keep prices as low as possible for our customers.

Generally, we accept only unused and unopened items purchased through our website within 30 days of the ordering date. Few skin care products show immediate improvement, so time must be given for real improvement to occur; like keeping your body in shape, healthy skin is a result of good, consistent care and good quality products.

Any exceptions to our return policy must be reviewed on an individual basis.

We encourage you to read our skin care product recommendations carefully and to email us your questions and concerns. Please note that we do not give medical advice of any sort.

If you are unsure if a product is right for you, we encourage you to order samples. We will include-- free of charge--three (3) samples with orders over $50.00.

All returns must be issued a return authorization number.

Put Return Authorization Number in the subject line and describe the circumstances of the return and the condition of the product.

Items returned in perfectly new and re-sellable condition will be refunded in full as long the item is received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any items received in poor condition, i.e. leaking, broken or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

To ensure that the items arrive undamaged, please pack the items in a box...not an envelope...with sufficient packing material to ensure safe delivery (original, undamaged packaging material is fine). We will notify you as soon as we received the returned items.

We refund your account within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return of Incorrect Items

We work very hard to be accurate with our customers' orders. However, occasionally we goof. If this should happen, and you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us at

customerservice@reflectionschoice.com.

Explain which item(s) were incorrect and request a Return Authorization Number. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label as well. Once you receive the number and the label, simply return the incorrect item in its original condition and packaging (if undamaged) with the return authorization number included on the original receipt (be sure to keep a copy). We will send the correct item, with no shipping charges, once we can confirm the incorrect item has been shipped (by checking the track & confirm number).

Damaged Orders

Occasionally a product leaks or arrives in a damaged condition. Please notify us immediately. We may ask you to return the damaged item but will replace the damaged product or refund the item depending on your wishes and the situation. USPS may need to be notified as well if a box is crushed or damaged in shipping as the responsibility for a damaged box may lie with them. Please note: we package our items with great care and mark each box with a "fragile" stamp.
